You can order on-line using VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER. The order will be sent directly to us in a private account using the latest SECURE TECHNOLOGY which only we can access.
You are only providing us with information at this time. Your credit card is not charged until the order is ready to ship. We will contact you first if there are any questions and e-mail you when the order ships.
Don't be concerned about clicking here to look at the on-line order form. You can easily go back from the form. No information is sent until you click on the 'Submit Order' button at the bottom of the form.
TO ORDER BY MAIL OR FAX
- MAIL: Mail the information to us with a check, money order, or credit card information.
- FAX: Fax to (310) 306-4702 with credit card information. This is a dual function number; do not hang up if you hear a voice.
ADDITIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION
California residents only:You need to add 8.25% sales tax to your order amount (LA
Co. add 9.75%). This tax is only on the amount of the items ordered. There is no tax on the shipping.
Processing: Orders are processed as they come in and can take 3-5 WEEKS to ship, depending on the number of orders ahead of you. If you pay by check or money order please use the table below for the estimated cost. You will be billed if the cost is more or you will receive credit on your next order if it is less.
Limitations:There is a limit of 8 bisque items per order and 2 of the same item; retail only, no wholesale orders accepted.
Shipping & Handling for BOOKS ONLY
If your order is just for books and you use a credit card, they are usually mailed within 48 hours;
if you pay by check the books will be mailed once the check has cleared.

Shipping & Handling for bisque items
This is only an estimate for packages up to 18 x 18 x 16 (most shipments).
The actual charge may be more or less.
If the difference is more than $4 you will be asked for an OK.
THE ESTIMATE IS FOR ZONE 8. ZONES 1-7 WILL COST LESS.
Zone 1 is Los Angeles.
